SHIPPING POLICY

Please note Royalfee’s shipping policy as follows: We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 5-7 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 10 working days, to ship the order. We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier partners. While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any handcrafted shoes you have ordered from Royalfee. The return / replacement / refund policy is customer friendly so that you will feel more comfortable in making online buying decision. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can replace any merchandise bought from Royalfee within 7 days from the original date of invoice, provided that the article(s) being returned for exchange is unused, clean, and in their original state and packaging.
Please keep your invoice safe and intact as it is essential to be produced while getting your product exchanged. If you prefer to return/replace the products by courier send us a mail at royalfeeshoes@gmail.com, specifying the reason for return/ replacement. Please mention your order number, date of purchase and mode of payment. Upon receipt of your request, we will contact you within 24 to 48 hours. Please return to us the unused merchandise in original packing (Same packaging in which the merchandise was sent to you) for inspection. In case you wish to return the product, the amount excluding the bank charges will be returned on approval from our Quality Controller. The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Refunds are processed in 15 days in the form of gift cards or coupon codes of the same amount with an unlimited validity for redeeming.
